GoAudience Personas helps you understand who your customers really are and how they buy — then turn those insights into activation across Klaviyo, Meta, and TikTok.
In this guide, you’ll go from installation to activation in four simple steps.
Step 1: Install the Shopify App
- Create your workspace
- Connect your Shopify store
- Install GoAudience Personas app from the Shopify App Store
No credit card required to generate personas.
Step 2: Generate Your Personas
Once connected:
- We analyze your last 12 months of customers
- We evaluate their lifetime purchase behavior
- We group customers into distinct personas based on buying patterns
- We enrich profiles with demographic signals (age range, income band, household indicators)
Processing time: ~24 hours (depending on store size).
Step 3: Review Key Insights
Inside your dashboard, you’ll see:
- Persona size (% of customers & revenue)
- Average AOV, LTV, order frequency
- Time between purchases
- Product sequencing (P1 → P2 → P3)
- Bundle affinity
- Discount sensitivity
- Win-back timing recommendations
You can also filter by category or collection to analyze specific product lines.
Step 4: Activate Personas
When ready, connect:
- Klaviyo → Sync persona properties + product feeds
- Meta / TikTok → Export persona-based audiences
- Future integrations (Google, CRO tools)
Activation is optional and available on paid plans.

- New customers are mapped daily
