What you need to know about GoAudience
A Profile Credit is used **one time** to enrich a customer or subscriber and match them to a Persona. Once enriched, they never use credits again — all refreshes are free.
A profile only consumes a credit once — even if we refresh Personas weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, there is no additional credit cost.
Any customer from Shopify or subscriber from Klaviyo/Omnisend that we enrich and assign a Persona to.
Most brands simply add: **New Shopify customers + new email subscribers per month.** Use the calculator above for a personalized recommendation.
Your Persona refreshes continue normally. New customers/subscribers will pause enrichment until you upgrade or purchase extra credits.
**Only when upgrading.** - **Monthly renewal:** Unused credits do *not* roll over - **Cancellation:** Remaining credits reset to zero - **Upgrade:** Any unused credits roll into your new plan automatically This keeps your usage aligned with your active growth stage.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and **your remaining credits roll over** to the upgraded plan.
